About Us

Hi, my name is Peter McDonald, I am a blessed husband to Kim and Dad to Olivia. These two know how much i love taking photos, and I have been taking photos all my life, helped along by my father and brothers with their passion for the Arts and Photography.

I can still taste in my mouth, the leather case of a Minolta camera, that i would chew on as a toddler, as my family would spend hours behind a camera. In my teens, I was always the one with the camera on surf trips or at parties.

In 1998 I purchased my own SLR film camera and started practicing. A few years later I found myself using both Film and Digital SLR. After really enjoying photographing my friends wedding, the word got around and it's something I still love to do.

I have completed a Professional Photography Course in 2010. It's great to learn more about something you thought you new enough about. My aim when I do Portraits and Weddings is to bring out the sitters character and beauty.
